Delete Your MyCarMate Account

You can permanently delete your MyCarMate account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open MyCarMate and sign in.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm. For security you may be asked to re-enter your password.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email info@my-carmate.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

This cannot be undone. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before being automatically overwritten.
